I recommend that you listen to your body & book Reiki as often as you’re feeling called to it. A good general rule of thumb is to book monthly, but there are times we need biweekly sessions, and other times we can go a couple of months before needing another session.
If you cannot store the remedy bottle in the fridge, a small quantity of brandy will be added to preserve the quality of the water. This way, you can keep the bottle on the counter, on your desk or in your purse without the worry of keeping it cold. Power 9 remedies all have brandy.

No, please don’t. Too many remedies taken together will mask the issue you are focused on.Â
You have several options. You can put 4 drops on or under your tongue. Wait 2 seconds and then swallow. Just be careful not to touch the dropper end on your tongue for sanitary reasons. For this option, repeat this 4 times a day. You can also just add 4 drops to a water bottle and sip throughout the day. When your water bottle is empty, refill with water and just add 4 drops each time you refill. You can also put the drops onto your wrists or any pulse points as you wish.
If you do the 4 drops 4 times a day in your mouth option, your remedy bottle will last about 3 weeks. If you do the water bottle or pulse point option, your remedy bottle may last 1-2 months. There is no expiry on a bottle with brandy or refrigeration, so you’re encouraged to use the drops in whatever combination you’re called to.
Some clients have seen positive results with the first 4 drops. On average, it will take at about one month before seeing subtle yet profound changes in yourself.
